Each participant chosen will receive:

Please, only apply if you meet the following required criteria.  

- You can commit to a MINIMUM of 3 days a week (1 hour sessions) at the gym.  

- You can be a team player and cheer others on.  

- You are able to be present as a student with an open mind and show up ready to learn. Know-it-all's need not apply. 

- Give out High-5s and cheer others on consistently throughout the 28 days.
